Fourth of July Week(end)

I had a chance to get away with the family over the holiday.  Here are a few meals (some parts I cooked) that were enjoyed...

Grilled chicken breast with yellow & red peppers, Parmesan cheese, bow tie pasta, and corn on the cob.  I cooked the chicken and peppers on the grill.  



I got to grill pork tenderloin...


Tacos with guacamole and onions.  Served with carrots, sweet potatoes, and mashed potatoes.


Went for another taco, with shredded cheese this time...


The next day for lunch with cheddar cheese on a pretzel roll...


We also had chipped beef, I made a biscuit sandwich...
