Bison Burgers

Dana made bison burgers with cheddar cheese, red onion, ketchup and mustard.  Salad with vinagrette, and pasta with marinara.

Tacos 

A Father's Day feast courtesy of my sister in law Stacey.  Pork loin tacos with guacamole, queso fresco, and shredded monterrey jack.  Also with rice & beans and a salad on the side.  Even better I got to grill the pork loin.

Milk chocolate chips with a little bit of maple syrup.

Chicken Enchiladas

Dana made chicken enchiladas...

Out of the couple ways I enjoyed them was with the enchiladas mixed together with rice, served with eggs and Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce  A variation of huevos rancheros?
