Pizza
Homemade dough, a mix of pizza sauce from the fridge( probably Muir Glen and ?…), Monterrey Jack and Parmesan cheeses.
Cheesesteaks
At the end of last week I made cheesesteaks. So pretty much that's what I ate all weekend long. I got some rib-eye steaks and froze them. After freezing, I sliced them as thin as I could and cooked with some onions. Used some hoagie rolls for bread, added the Cheez-Whiz, and it started...
Friday night's dinner...
Saturday's snack, on slider buns...

Dana's Cookies
Dana made these. With semi-sweet chocolate chips and a very awesome butter called Plugra. Very tasty.
Pizza
Like almost always, dough from Whole Foods Market, Muir Glen pizza sauce. This time I used chihuahua, fiesta blend, & cheddar cheeses.
Good stuff!

Salad
From time to time I get the craving for a salad. It's probably not as often as I should eat them, but that's a different story. This week I got that itch...
Mixed greens with Coconut Chicken, veggie burger, corn, peas, Parmesan & fiesta blend cheeses. I'm not big on dressing, so none of that. There was enough going on for plenty of flavor. I was definitely happy with this salad.

Pretzel Calzone?
While making the soft pretzels I set some dough aside to try something out. An attempt at a pretzel calzone. The first thing I learned was to set aside more dough because after being in the baking soda water it was not easy to roll out. Maybe I'll try to roll it out before boiling.
Muir Glen and good ole fiesta blend cheese (pepper jack, colby, & muenster) went inside. When folding the dough over the sauce and cheese oozed out. During the last few minutes of baking I filled the "hole" withe more cheese and sauce. This is how it turned out...

It was everything you could imagine it to be. Until next time pretzel and pizza...
Pizza
Like almost always, dough from Whole Foods Market, Muir Glen pizza sauce and 1/2 cheddar & monterey jack cheese blend, 1/2 fiesta blend (pepper jack, colby, & muenster). Delicious!
Pizza Tuna Melt
I had made a Kashi Four Cheese frozen pizza for the kid's dinner, and they also wanted some tuna salad as well. They were eating them separately so I suggested to Shane to try them together. Her response was "gross!". Dana decided to give it a try. She loved them together. There were a few pieces left so the next day I made a tuna melt with pizza as the "bread" and a little fiesta blend cheese (pepper jack, colby, & muenster). Dana loved it. I didn't try it...not a fan of tuna melts. So I guess this is The Best(or Worst) Food...What Dana Ate?
