Breakfast

Chocolate chip pancakes w/ bananas, whipped cream, & syrup were waiting for me when I got home from work this morning. Thanks to Dana for making these for the kids. A very nice surprise!

Sunday Dinner

Dana made dinner tonight…
Caeser salad , green beans w/ almonds & shallots, sweet potato fries, & cheeseburgers. My cheeseburger had fiesta blend & cheddar cheeses, red onions, dijon mustard, mayo, ketchup, & a pickle.
Good stuff.

I had some dough left over from the pizza, added some cocoa powder, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter, & raw sugar…
It turned out ok, think I could do better next time.

Pizza

Pizza time again! I made the dough - 1/2 white flour, 1/2 wheat - the sauce was the last of the sauce I had made, so the kids get fooled with spinach again. The cheese was the fun part. With a few unmarked cheeses in the refrigerator, it became a random fout cheese pizza. There was definitely cheddar and mozzerella, as for the other two…? Good stuff.
