Tacos
Butter Cookies (CPS)
A co-worker asked me to make these for her using this recipe. I'm usually not a huge fan of these types of cookies but I gotta say these were very tasty!
Egg Sandwich
Fried egg, cheddar cheese, red onions, w/ cucumbers & jalepenos, both pickled.
Dana made this wonderful sandwich.
Pizza
Homemade wheat dough, Enrico's All Natural Pizza Sauce , cheddar & mozzarella cheeses…
And another, same way only white crust…

Father's Day Breakfast & Dinner
Dana made me scrambled eggs, bacon, and biscuits & gravy, both homemade. Also on the right is a potato patty? Hash brown patty? W/ onions.
And for dinner fresh cut fries &. green beans. Also a cheeseburger topped w/ bacon, pulled pork, pickled cucumbers, and grilled onions.
Jelly Jam Sandwich
Shane made me another jelly jam sandwich recently. PBJ but no melted cheese this time.

The WTF Revisited
I made my Frankenfood again for Easter (the middle part of my Easter plate from the previous post) with some slight changes. No pineapple is one of them.
The other is I covered the bacon with caramel...
Had some burger fixins left over so I fried them up for a quick taste.
Still surprises me how much this all works together.

Went to a Cubs spring training game at their new facility. They have a food truck area where we scored some Kool-Aid infused pickles. Don't recall the exact truck but these were very interesting...

This was the Easter meal Dana made. BBQ chicken and ribs w/ broccoli slaw, potato green bean salad and pickled cucumbers. The item in the middle will be explained at a later date.
