Cinnamon Sugar Bread

I had some dough leftover from a pizza and decided to whip up a tasty sweet bread. Added some cinnamon, sugar, and butter - this was the result.
It was good, a bit dry here and there, but I definitely know how to go about it next time.

Pizza, With A Little Help...

I made pizza last week with a little help from Shane and Rocco.  The dough was homemade, and for the sauce it was back to Muir Glen.

It was good as usual, and interesting as well.  While cutting it I spilled some orange juice on about a quarter of the pizza.  With a towel handy, I sopped up as much as I could and gave it a taste. The result was not that bad, so citrus pizza next time

Waffle Sandwich

Dana made waffles this week. So I made a waffle sandwich with cheddar cheese, duck bacon, and a tiny bit of maple syrup. The duck bacon tasted exactly like any other bacon you've ever had. Except for turkey bacon because that's just gross. I wish I would've cut the sandwich to get a better pic, but after I made it and took this one the sandwich disappeared. Vanished.

Pizza, again

Same sauce as the last time. The kids got fooled again! Monterrey-jack on one half, fiesta blend and spinach on the other. The only difference here is I used dough from Whole Foods.

Homemade Soft Pretzels

I made all "sticks", while Shane & Rocco made some smaller shapes.

Pizza

I made my own dough, and threw some roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, spinach and onions together to make the sauce. Half with Monterrey-jack cheese for the kids. Score one for me, they didn't notice the spinach in the sauce. The other half with fiesta blend cheese and spinach.

Dana's Mac'N'Cheese

Dana made homemade mac'n'cheese! Served alongside green beans from Whole Foods, pineapple, and some garlic bread she also whipped up.

Bacon Cupcakes

Stacey also made some great tasting bacon cupcakes. A pancake batter cupcake w/ bacon inside the cake and frosting. I think the frosting was vanilla, but I can't be 100% sure. I do know it was awesome!

Tacos, From A Few Weeks Ago…

My sister in law Stacey puts together a great taco bar. I chose pork with queso fresco, rice, and guac.
