Ice Cream Cake Breakfast

Yesterday was my birthday and my wonderful wife Dana got me an Oreo ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins.  I got home from work in the morning and got this for breakfast...

Along with bacon & sausage it was a great birthday breakfast.

Calzones

I made calzones this week with mozzerella cheese, salami, and my favorite Muir Glen pizza sauce.

They were pretty good, I wasn't too happy with the dough

Semi-sweet chocolate chips, caramel, & bacon all in 1 cookie!

Pizza

Made pizza yesterday with dough from Whole Foods, Muir Glen sauce, monterey-jack cheese, carmelized onions, spinach, and garlic.  I made part of it cheese only for the kids.  Just as good as always.

Cookies

w/ semi-sweet & milk chocolate chips as well as marshmallows. The marshmallows melted throughout the cookie leaving crunchy pieces of carmelized goodness.

Candy Cookies

Thanks to some contributions from my nephews and daughters candy
stash, I made these treats. Cookies with semi-sweet chocolate,
Hershey Bars, Snickers, Rolos, M&Ms, Peanut M&MS, Nestlé Crunch,
Whoppers, toffee, milk chocolate, and Milky Way. I think that's
everything. I really want to make these again with a different mix of
candy. A treat inside a treat.

Marshmallows (homemade)

I was going for an egg nog flavor. They have cinnamon and nutmeg and are coated in raw sugar. They came out great, not 100% what I was looking for. Maybe next time a little more nutmeg?
