I came up with a recipe based on what I use to make chocolate chip cookies. They look great, but could be a but more cinnamony. Is cinnamony a word? I think you get what I mean, next time I'll up the cinnamon.

I got a chance to go to Las Vegas over the weekend, and whenever I go a stop at Fatburger is necessary. I made my stop on the way out of town, a perfect send off.  They have locations on both coasts and oversees, use the "find a location" tab at the top right corner of the page and see if one is near you. This particular location also boasts the FatBar so you can relax with a cocktail if that's your thing.   Pretty simple concept, check out the menu.  I ordered a medium with pickles, onions, mayo, mustard, cheese, and bacon.  Also got Fat Fries and a Coke.

I think the burgers and fries are really tasty.  Whenever I am around a Fatburger, I'll be eating there.  Maybe next time I'll try something else...or just stick to the burgers

The Internet Sensation Recipe...No Flour/Butter Peanut Butter Cookies

Earlier this week I wanted to make cookies but had no butter.  I searched and found The Internet Sensation Recipe...No Flour/Butter Peanut Butter Cookies. After I started making them I noticed about a 1/2 cup shortage of peanut butter.  I substituted with almond butter and chocolate almond butter.  I also added salt.  I made some with chocolate chips.  Both were good, the ones with chocolate chips a bit more chewy.
